Dear parents/ students,

I am a patient and dedicated full time graduate tutor who has been teaching since 2015. I graduated from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. I am also an alumni from River Valley High School.

 

I was originally teaching part time while I was in NUS when I first started, as I had strong passion in Mathematics and Chinese. As I taught more and more students, I begin to realise that there are many sincere students who are genuinely interested in learning and improving themselves. However, they lack the personalised guidance and thus was struggling with Mathematics and/ or Chinese. After helping many of them achieving a personal break through, I fell in love with being able to impact students and helping them be better versions of themselves.

I started Sincere Learners to give students a safe environment so that they can learn and grow at their own pace, in hopes that they will strive to be the best versions of themselves. As the Chinese saying goes, "不经一番寒彻骨，哪得梅花扑鼻香“ . Success comes with effort and I believe that as long as we sincerely want to improve and be better, we will get to taste our fruits of labour.
